Outstanding app and support

I have tried many of the apps for organizing our pantry that are available on the AppStore. Many claim to make the process simple, but this app is the only one that delivers.

In addition to being a great product, the developer provides outstanding customer service!

When I originally downloaded the Lite version of the app to try it out, I didnt realize that by upgrading via in-app purchase would not allow my wife to download the Pro version of the app on her iPhone or iPad via Family Sharing. I emailed customer support and received an extremely prompt response from the developer himself. He immediately resolved the situation by providing me a code to download the Pro version of the app on my wifes account so we could both use it and sync. This response demonstrated a commitment to customer service and a personal interest by the developer.
